January 29 & 30 BATTENKILL CHORALE SIXTEENTH ANNIVERSARY SEASON
The Battenkill Chorale, Janet McGhee Artistic Director, opens its sixteenth anniversary season with Franz Joseph Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass January 29th and 30th, both at 3pm, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 35 Hill Street, Greenwich, NY. The 110-voice Chorale and professional orchestra will be joined by soloists Gene Marie Callahan, Susan Hermance Fedak, Andy Truex, and Keith Kibler. Also on the program is a cappella music by Eric Whitacre, Morten Lauridsen, and Sergei Rachmaninoff. Due to circumstances beyond our control, St. Joseph's Catholic Church is not handicap accessible in winter.

May 7 & 8 The Battenkill Chorale's Spring Concerts
May 7th and 8th will feature Jewish and American music in preparation for a summer choral tour to Prague and Vienna. The Chorale has been given special permission to give a memorial recital at Terezin concentration camp as well as a concert at one of the Josefov synagogues in Prague.
