Tai Ji at Pompanuck FarmEnrichment program

Pompanuck Farm offers Tai Ji and Qi Gong Class for Beginners A beginning class in Tai Ji (Tai Ch) —practiced for centuries in China as a form of meditation, selfhealing and self-defense— at Pompanuck Farm Institute in Cambridge, New York. Scott Carrino will offer this six-week series, which is open to beginners and ongoing students who desire to deepen their practice. Contact Pompanuck for times and availability.
