Food lovers can savor freshness in an entirely new way. Much of the food you’ll find here is sourced from nearly 30 local farms representing artisan cheese makers, specialty fruit and vegetable growers, as well as pasture raised meat and poultry producers. You’ll also discover heritage pork, apple orchards, u-pick berries and vegetables, organic produce, maple syrup, fresh milk and arguably the best corn and potatoes anywhere! Farmers Markets and roadside farm stands can be found through out the Battenkill Valley.

Discover what fresh really means.

Local products are produced throughout the year, please take part in one of the local food producer tours such as:
Maple Sugar tour; visit us again for more details (usually in March)
Local Farm tours take place in the mid to late summer

Farm stands and Farmers' Markets are open as soon as produce is in season, usually the beginning of June. Cambridge Farmer's Market opens Memorial Day Weekend!
